2006 dt466e
I have a 2006 international cxt with the dt466...Ordered your diablo powerpuck....Installation instructions are just plain vague....I cant locate ANY of the plugs or sensors described in the instructions, and the black and white pictures dont help either...Do you have any decent pictures of where exactly Im supposed to be plugging this thing into?
RE: 2006 dt466e
Did you check the Power Puck section? Theres a link to a manual. Not sure if its the same as you have.
Either way, the plugs will only fit into one place. You just gotta find that place. Looking at the posted directions, the plugs will be on the block on the drivers side someplace.
I do gotta admit though, those are some shitty pics if somebody didn't know what they were doing and were trying to locate stuff based on them.

Manual is the same as I have.....I just located the map sensor, which is actually not "slightly" towards the front of the engine...Its the farthest forward sensor there is on the engine. I found that the MAP sensor plug fits perfectly into the MAP sensor, the MAT sensor, and the EBPV, but clearly the MAP is the correct one....I have a feeling that the fuel pressure control, incorrectly reffered to as the ICP is towards the rear of the engine as the manual says...But in my specific application its impossible to get to the very rear of the engine without removing it, or the cab. Is their anyone that has any pictures of the exact location of the ICP?

Found the connections, plugged everything in, started the truck....Blows lots of black smoke, sounds like it has more power.....Orange engine/red engine lights come on, and my oil pressure is at 0. Truck is equipped with allison tranny, and now wont shift into any gear..This sucks.
RE: 2006 dt466e
I'm thinking something isn't connected right. The fact that your oil presure says 0, tells me that you tapped into the oil pressure sender. Also sounds like you tapped into a tach or tranny feed, because the tranny isn't seeing rpms to shift.
The Tech crew won't be back until Monday, so unless Lew knows whats going on, it looks like you're out of luck until then. Thats the problem with doing stuff Friday afternoon.

Brought the truck to the international dealer...They got the truck running again, installed the chip, and the same thing happens....Everytime they connect the chip, or I install it, its doesnt work and throws tons of codes. Anything else I can do?

did you ever get this problem resolved? I have the same issues.
