u7130 boost fooling?

Does the u7130 for an 03 cummings have any built in boost fooling? I know the mechanical wastegate on my truck limits my boost to 24psi but if I use an adjustable boost elbow will the predator increase my boost or do I have to use like a quadzilla boost fooler? Are there any performance issues with boost fooling & the predator?

We do not do any "boost fooling" with the predator tunes. It is ok to use another product for this with the Predator tunes.
