trinity corrupt

hello,
please I need you support to solve the following issue.

I have a cadillac escalade 2012 and I was trying to restore the backup but the screen shows " Backup in tool appear to be corrupt! "
and when i press next it shows " Not tuning vehicle because of backup ( 4 )

i have read almost the same topic and what i understand is that I have to send my car to the dealer to reflash the pcm back to stock. i have two concerns
1. is the car will be effected if i continue driving it without reflashing the pcm?
2. is it possible to restore the trinity with out sending it back to you?

You shouldn't have to go to the dealer. You should be able to call in and force the backup.

Pull the tcm fuse and try again.

simply give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle.

Having the same problem now. I just got my trinity repaired by DiabloSport. Do I have to send it in again or can this be resolved over the phone?
