Hi Mike and Johan,
Please close this thread. I was able to upload the 2 tune files using the Advanced Tab and the Send to Tool function. As it turns out you guys were right I was using a TCM backup that was made prior to the update that added Calibration ID support for my transmission. Sorry for the headache.
