unlock my predator and pcm

tried loading the predator onto my 06 corvette seemed to be going good then it said it couldnt load the tune so it was going to reload the stock tune.. that didnt go so well either. After talking to tech support with no luck i had a gm tech try and recover the pcm and he couldnt get the pcm to communicate. I dont know if i should try and send it into diablo sport or just cough up the cash for a new pcm and throw the predator into the fire

What revision is in the tool?

i just set here for 35 min. on hold ande the pcm was fryed removed old one waiting on new one to come in

i have been working on this problem all morning after talking to the tech rep.it will not reset at all i need my predator and pcm fixed i need to sent them to you????

what happened after disconnecting the battery?
Does it still fail at 0%?

well they never sent the paper work for me to send in the predator and the pcm but thanks any way

sorry for the delay, It is actually My mishap I did not see the email with your call tag come across my desk.

I have this morning emailed the call tag so we can pick up the tool and PCM from you. which means we will get it tomorrow if shipped today and at the least we should have the PCM back to you by Wednesday.
