Problems with my trinity...again

i have a trinity and i had to send it in a couple months ago because, after an update, it said something like, tool needs to be unplugged and reset. but wouldnt reset. sent it in and they reset it. which without the warranty was about 150$

Now when i try and modify my tune. it tells me. "BACKUP IN TOOL APPEARS TO BE CORRUPT." then, "CANNOT MODIFY TUNE BECAUSE BACKUP (4)

When i go to try and put the original stock tune in, I press accept to install it, and it says please wait, fades, and restarts. every time!

I have a 2010 SS camaro.

Gonna have to call Customer Service in the AM with the tool powered up. They should be able to reset it and put a new backup on it.

ok thanks mike. i was not to happy the first time it messed up after an update. and thought about getting rid of it. but when it works i really do like it so i am trying to get along with this thing. seems like it is an amazing product. just has some issues. has to be a female huh!
