2012 Avalanche: Your calibration is not currently supported

Just got a new (to me) trinity. Followed directions, did updates and I get the errors below. My setup: 2012 Chevy Avalanche w/ 5.3L. Trinity vers. v1r08g. part: gm_can_gas.

Attempted to plugin trinity for the first time and it shows an error:
"Your calibration is not currently supported. Trinity will try to save your Original Backup. Press enter to view calid." I clicked continue and got:
"Trinity was able to read a backup. You will need to export the backup using DS Downloader and call (866) 396-6614x1

I plan to call in tomorrow but wanted to see if this is something I can fix myself.

first, you need to shrink your avatar pic waaaaay down, that's too fricken huge LOL

second, no - nothing you can do yourself... your engine calibration ID's are not supported, so you need to do what it says...

since it saved the original backup, you need to use the dsdownloader software and Get Tune File From Tool and get the Original Backup stock tune file off the trinity, and post it up here...

the diablo engineers will need that file in order to add support for your new vehicle to the trinity...

I got an email from Vasilliv suggesting I try to update again. I did and now it's working so my mistake. Didn't think I'd have to update twice.
