Intune is junk and want my money back!

Intune will not reset my pcm/tcm. I try and upload a pcm/tcm tune and it loads the pcm tune, gets to the load tcm screen, hit the green check mark, asks for the vehicle to be turned off, then turned on, and the intune reboots and says intune is in recovery mode and will now restore factory backup. It loads the pcm tune and then sits at the tire size calibration screen for 20 minutes plus. Now I can't connect it to the PC or anything, it just says Intune in recovery mode. This and the trans software issue that nobody wants to address because you need more evidence than the multiple datalogs I have posted has convinced me to sell this. I've spent over $500 on this tuner and a CMR and have had nothing but problems. At the very least since my thread on the Trans issues and me being within the 30 days at that time yet it was passed over, give me a refund for this so I can either pick up a Predator or go back to my Superchips. This product should not have been released until all the bugs were worked out.

How am I suppose to get my vehicle back to its original backup and get out of recovery mode?? I have called and been on hold w/tech support for over 45 minutes twice this week.
