Sonnax 06' Ram - Huge Improvement!

Just thought i would share with everyone. I just got a new Sonnax transmission line pressure booster connector yesterday. I'm using that in conjuction with the performance transmission selected on the Diablo 93 oct tune. I am amazed at the kind of increase in launch and shifts i'm getting. Granted i have read that sometimes the effects will lessen over time from the adaptives, but i can always reset those. Well worth the 50$ and less than 5 mins to install. I've been hesitant on getting one, but now that i have it -would never uninstall.

be careful using a pressure booster with adjustments on the predator. if you get the pressure too high it can blow out the front pump on your tranny.

My understanding is that the Canned Tunes don't mess with line pressure. Maybe one of the tech's can verify this for us. I also was told these transmissions are good until about 240 lbs pressure, which i am way under. The last thing i was told is that these trans are good for just under 1000 hp -once again, i'm not even at 1/2 that hp. That was the original reason i didnt buy one, but now that i did there is no looking back.

ok well i have an 04 and as we all know diablo never got our trans stuff done like they said they would so i didnt know what could be adjusted and what couldnt.
