intune doesn't talk with tj jeeps
Got a supercharger kit from ripp for an 05 tj. The kit came with a predator first but it was for a ram truck. ripp sent me a intune to replace it (don't make the predator the kit use to come with). The tunner wouldn't turn on with the car only with the computer cable. Contacted ripp and sent me another intune. This one turn on and it let me installed the tune. Unplugged and plug it back in and then it said no vehicle dected plug in cable. Had the other tunner's cable from the first intune and plug into the newer one and the cable is the reason for the first one failure as it cause the new one to fail too and not turn on. Talk to ripp and they talked to you guys and sent out are 3rd intune which I plugged into jeep. The tunner would not detected the jeep. Tried tunner in an other 06 tj which also would not detect. Tried tunner in 4 non tj vehicles and it read just fine. They were 07 jeep grand cherokee, 06 Dodge charger, 09 dodge caravan, 06 jeep comandor. Call diablo and waited on hold for awhile. talked to a tech. Which he made me reset the tool and sent me a file to drop into tunner. Which I did on tuesday. The tool still did not dectected the jeep. The jeep talks to handheld scan tool just fine (using mac). I had email Vas V. back on tuesday and haven't gotten reply back. Ripp called today was wondering if the problem has been resolved yet which it hasn't. I'm a waiting reply from both ripp and diablo yet.

I am communicating with RIPP on this issue, and we believe we have it sorted out, we are testing it right now and hope to have a fix for tomorrow.
