OVER 30 DAYS AND STILL NO ANSWER???

This is CRAZY. I spend thousand dollars on a tuner for what??? I can't even use it. Trinity on my 2011 mustang 5.0. Executive Performance has it. We are all waiting on your company. You said earlier that you can't give me an answer on time frame, what other product would you recommend. I'm about fed up with this whole situation.

This has been quite an undertaking.
Sometimes we have no way to get data for these new calibrations, which requires disassembling the files by hand to add support for them.
They are doing that now, and I am told it should be ready soon, very sorry for the delay.
