2005 5.9 w/trinity.....performance issue

2005 ram 2500 5.9l diesel i uploaded the trinity into my truck and everything seemed to work well as the unit told me that it was installed and ready to drive... however i hit the accelerator pedal and the turbo does not respond with the throttle and in fact it stays at a "higher" idle for a few seconds. Not only does this happen but it also "burbs" or fluctuates when it eventually idles down? i have no idea why this would do this any input is greatly appreciated, i just bought the truck used and put a five inch exhaust and k&n intake.

Cant say I have ever seen or heard of that, fuel filters clean and clear?

is the truck in park or neutral?
