Go to Options, Last Tune Written. If it says anything but Original Backup or Nothing To Show, its locked

Thanks Mike, when I go on option exit only this: display serial number, show last tune written(inside Modify stock tune), custon tune, troubleshooting, serial baud,change transmission type, logo, oem select......nothing comes out more!!!

yes, positive...

the last tune written says "modified stock tune" - that means someone used it to install a modified tune to their vehicle with it... so therefore, that predator is locked to the vehicle it was used on...

what revision is that predator on? power it up, and when it gets to the main menu, the revision number is shown at the top of the screen.. what is that number?

they can do it for you over the phone, don't have to send it anywhere...

first, you need to fill out the RMA form and select that you need an unlock.... then you will get a reply email monday or tuesday probably telling you to call them up...

Ok my predator is unlocked now after your code....but have a new problem: YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT IN OUR DATABASE. CONTACT YOUR DEALER FOR A FREE UPDATE. YOUR CAL_ID IS .........

you need to update the Predator to the latest revision.

That version is from 2007. You need to update the tuner to 9r07.
