Intune data logging

First I would like to say, I never had the Predator for my 3.5 Charger so this is my first and I love how much it really opened my heavy car up. It really can pull its own weight, I ran the 89 canned tune without modifying the tune. My question is how do you data log or the proper way is what I mean? I logged it today just idling and had no ST or LT knock, but am I suppose to drive it at WOT and check it then? What am I suppose to be looking for, I haven't learned much about these programmers.
