03 srt4 not wanting to accept tune

I know this is kinda off topic from DiabloSport's actual responsibilities but I thought I might as well give it a shot to see if any of you have experienced this before. On and by the way the cheap ebay cable was the problem (trying to update diablo to latest version thread). So my car is in need of a tune. When I upload my custom tune It takes it and runs great for as long as you have the car on. You turn it off and turn it back on and it acts a little funny. A few more times of turning it off and on and driving it is back to acting funny like it has on the old tune. I have been told it might need an 04 or 05 pcm. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

the tune is the tune and once it goes in, its the same, cant change, which means something onthe car is changing after the first start causing the issue...
