With an inTune, will I be able to turn off the ESP function of my car?

Also, would I be able to tune my wife's 2010 Charger R/T with the same inTune device or would I have to get a seperate one for her vehicle?

Yes, you can disable ESP, but you would need another tool to tune both vehicles at the same time currently.
