tryin to upload custom tune, but displays: Backup not saved (-11) followed by No tune done due to backup (4). i thought i saw a fix for this but cant seem to find in my searching.

car was bought used with 158k miles and only a corsa cat-back installed by prev owner. never felt like there was a custom tune installed being that it ran stock time in 1/4... but tuner seems to believe otherwise? im not sure what else to do? lookin to try whatever suggestions before tryin to get a refund on "faulty" unit...

I dont think anything is faulty, seems like the car has a non stock flash on it thast the Trinity is not going to be able to save, may consider a dealer flash to clear it up.

before i spend the $50 to flash my pcm... is there anything else (free wise) i can try? ie., switch to 01-02 camaro? also i tried disconnecting battery as a try, and now state pcm read error (-1). im gonna try one more time when i get home in a lil while...

sure, try it on any other similar supported vehicle.
