another intune frozen during boot up

. itune freezes during start the red bar runs 3x then the next screen comes up and the process wheel goes around about half a loop and stops. it is not recognized by the computer yet. I have loaded a tune in the truck and the itune has been synced with the computer 3x before the intune froze i cannot get to a version number the intune is frozen... I will continue to post to this forum untill i get an answer
