'06 charger SXT - "No ECU found"

'06 charger SXT - "No ECU found"

Firmware: 1r01g
Plugged it into computer, ran updates, and sucessfully loaded onto intune. Plugged into vehicle, pressed "write vehicle" turned to key to ON, NOT turning the engine on! Get the "NO ECU'S FOUND" on the screen, battery is charged and at full volts, dont know what else to do.

try starting the car, and go to settings/tool info/vehicle info, and see if it can read the VIN and calid.

Just tried, VIN and calid unable to determine from last vehicle, something like that! Could it be a bug in the firmware or something different that I can try loading?

was it plugged into the vehicle?

Lol yes, yes it was, seems like you guys haven't had to deal with this error too often.

can you contact the retailer and see if they can swapit out for you, seems to have fixed the other user with this issue.

The company won't swap it out, they would like an authorization for return number if you could provide one that would be great, I would like to get my replacement asap!

This is a dealership by the way, we want to send it back to mopac (the vendor) not diablo, we are located in manitoba canad and it would be a hastle to send it to the states. All MOPAC wants is an authorization to return it and exchange it but they would like an rga from you.

we dont provide rma#s for anything not coming here, please ask the rep at Mopac to contact our sales department and they will clarify the policy for them if needed.
