POLICE PACKAGE TAHOE

I have a 2012 Police Package Tahoe. I am trying to help my MPG but get some power as well. I've read that I should get a custom program from somewhere to get the most/best results. Where should I go? If it's too expensive for me what are some of the settings I could change on my own using the inTune? The Tahoe has the standard 5.3. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Lew (06MonteSS) does tuning for GM vehicles and is highly recommended by anyone that he has tuned including myself. Shoot him a PM and he will fill you in and get you started if that's the route you choose.
