intune freezes during boot

itune freezes during start te red bar runs 3x then the next screen comes up and the process wheel goes around about half a loop and stops. it is not recognized by the computer yet. I have loaded a tune in the truck and the itune has been synced with the computer 3x before the intune froze i cannot get to a version number the intune is frozen

Is there Any way of recovering data I need to recover my stock tune of I ever need to revert back or to take the vehicle to the dealer

is there anyone out there from diablo I havent heard from anyone in three days i filled out the RMA online and nothing. I hope the site is wrong and i dont get charged to get a new itune replaced I have owned it less than 30 days

Larry, I knew this sounded familiar...I sent you a call tag on Monday morning, at like 11:20 AM, to have the tool sent here for repairs at no charge.

mike I got the resent tag I hope you understand I am concerned that the intune failed in the first two weeks and I am reading posts that this is a repeating issue my stock tune is in a frozen device approx how long will this process take

Hello diablo sport can someone help me?????????????? I HAD an intune and it froze, I got an RMA return authorization and a UPS Label , I sent the intune back to get it repaired. It was received by diablo sport On:
Monday, 04/02/2012 at 10:17 A.M. according to the UPS Tracking.

oh and by the way today is 04/09/2012 and I have heard zero from diablo sport

Ok now we are all up to speed can I get 1. an update on the status of my intune 2. A estimate of when it will be shipped back to me 3. A tracking number for my intune being returned to me
