When I went to select a different tune with inTune i-1000 for my 2005 Ram 1500 5.7L keep getting the -5 error on the PCM update when plugged into the truck.
On my computer the message is: Error during calibration update Problem: null response.
How do you fix this?

nope, he should walk you though it from there, just load the cal update he sends you to the tool then flash it to the PC.

RE: Error during calibration update Problem: null response
Hi,
I plugged back into my PC , had some more calibration updates and was able to get past -5 error message for PCM update. I got to the custom tunes but I don't have an original back-up for my truck and nothing will write. I get the message that there is no backup.
I did get a message to check for calibration updates , then lost the intune.exe launch , downloaded a new one did some more calibration updates but back to the -5 error for PCM update
Can you get me an original backup to download and fix the -5 error message - when I'm plugged into my PC it says no calibration updates needed
