07 Shelby check engine light coming on

Stock 07 Shelby with a Trinity, JLT Cold air and Bassani axle back, keep coming up with P0171 lean on bank 1, and P1000 system readiness test not complete. The light stays off without the JLT and Trinity on it. Suggestions?

lean only on bank 1 is odd, seems to point to a small leak somewhere...
