2004 nsrt4/cant delete my car fron the intune

im trying to delete my vehicle from the intune and the password it gives me is too long and wont fit in the required spaces. on top of all that, its stuck in recovery mode AGAIN! need help!

You don't need a password to delete your vehicle. Just select Restore original backup. Anything that requires a password is not for end users to mess with. Its for Tech support only.

I tried restoring the origional tune, that's when it got stuck it recovery mode
