Delta Chip Question..

A friend has a 2001 mustang gt with a delta chip " Im too horny" version ?
He took it out and now is giving it to me, I understand there old and may be difficult to get flashed... My question is " The tune on the chip currently is for basically the exact set-up that is on my car.. CAI, TB, 4:10's, and o/r midpipe... My car is a 2002 mustang gt.. will the chip work for my car without me having to get it flashed ? once again.. exact same mods.. maybe different brands.. but same mods. Basically Mine is just one year difference ?

gotta have it reflashed if the computer codes are diffrent if their the same then plug it in

no way for us to know whats on the chips, they leave here blank...
