Hours of operation

FIRST- I dont want you open weekends, I wouldnt want to punish anyone to work weekends.

My suggestion is to have more friendly hours. Not everyone is on EST time. I am in California PST -3 hours behind. I work 6-3pm and during those times its nearly impossible to call in and get assistance as I am working. I would have to be late getting to work if I call at 5:30 am PST (8:30est) just to speak to someone.

Perhaps maybe be open later one day a week or Tuesdays and Thursdays have a later schedule for a Rep/Manager.

Other then that I think everything else has been superb.

I feel you.
As it is now, I am here until 6:30 PM, and only because we know the world does not stop at 5:30 PM EST

Problem is, as many may be able to imagine, having one tech here is not the real issue, its having a manager/supervisor who can stay as well, and lock up the building, etc.

Hopefully it is something that can become a reality in the future, thanks for the suggestion.
