idle issues

when I let it warm up for a bit since its 36 out today and when it went to go into a high idle for warm up it had a "rough idle" like a fast wawawawawa.even if i pushed the pedal to lower the rpms it just did it slower.i drove a couple of minutes to the store and still did it when i parked.I came out and was fine and is fine now.Is this normal?Is it a cold temp thing?I started it on stock by the way.It still does this all the time and the idle over all just seems rougher.Any ideas whats causing this?

Possibly the cold weather (not used to that here in FL!). Try taking the Puck off and see what happens.

I unhooked my puck and the truck idles prefectly at high idle(1100-1200rpms).and at normal 700 rpms.And its 17 degrees right now.
