2009 GMC Sierra 5.3L TCM support?????

OK, so I recently got a trinity for my truck. I intend to put a custom tune on the truck with some other mods (K&N 63 series CAI & Cat back exhuast)

I have installed the CAI & exhaust and the "87 Octane" tune from the Trinity, However, when I pulled the files off the Trinity to send for the custom tune, it seems there is no TCM support to adjust.

Am I missing something here or is it just not supported as of yet? It does not have the AFM system and is a 4 speed auto. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to use this update a few times but it doesnt seem to take. When I install a tune to the truck after update it still doesnt allow any TCM adjustments. Not sure if I installed it correctly or if its just not the right one for my truck.

no worries, I appreciate you guys trying to help me out. I will try to keep an eye out for it. I am waiting to do the custom tune until the TCM can be adjusted as well.

How often are the updates done? Would i be better off allowing my tuner to do the custom tune now or waiting for the update that has TCM support for my vehicle? Thanks

if you are not planning to have any changes made to the trans, a custom tune can be done now, sure.

yeah, we don't have to have the tcm portion KT... we can do the engine custom tuning any time....
