help with jeep jk, tuner keeps freezing?

thought i had everything going ok (trying to install it for the first time). it got to 99% calibration while plugged into my jeep and it stopped and said something about plugging it into my computer for an update. now when i plug it into my home computer is keeps saying "continue recovery" i click yes and the screen just stays blank other than the intune logo at the top middle of the controller and my computer pops up an error messege that says "failed to copy driver file,please navigate to intune cdrom drive, right click and run as administrator"

it doesnt let me right click it to run as admin, i have no idea what to do..
