jeep update yet?

I bought the intune last week and couldnt get it to work(would stop at 99%), spoke to someone on the phone at diablo monday who walked me through resetting the device and had me download an update and install it, then told me to wait a few days for the new update (he was afraid my car wouldnt start if i tried to use the intune).

is this update out yet?
if not can i return it to the retailer i bought it from for a refund?
