its exactly why.

And continuing to taunt me will get him nowhere but banned.

blackz71, considering how much time you spend here, I would think that will leave a big hole in your day, and nobody wants to see that.

Imho, nobody that paid for an item or service of any kind would put up with said item not being what was advertised or a service that was said to take a few weeks and now going on 5 months. Thats just a given. I understand that some have "been on DS back a considerable amount" but then DS brought this on themselves, again imho. I dont agree with threatning to ban some one for continually asking about tcm, but, ?'s must be done in a respectful way. DS has to be up front with customers and give them an accurate, or best estimate of when tcm will be available and hold to it. Understand delays happen, but imho, we as the end users also have an opinion, whether DS likes or doesn't like it is of no matter, what does is the completion of tcm in timely manner from the release date, and imho its way to friggin' long. By the way, love my trinity!!

rdss wrote:I agree Mike, any new word? Has TCM made into beta testing yet? I noticed that the member that's a beta tester has stopped complaining about not having TCM support beta yet. Hopefully this is all that we are waiting on.
rdss i am still complaining just doing it in other posts. look here to my reply to Mike

intune Post

Mike your statement is not 100% correct i do not know about superchips but i am sure that SCT and Bully Dog have custom tuning. Custom tuning is not only limited to Diablosports Smile. I am running out of Patience with diablosport with the TCM CRAP AND AM READY TO GO OVER TO THE DARK SIDE Twisted Evil
Mikes reply to me below

Bully Dog has never offered custom tuning.
before you think about going another route, take my advice and go read the hundreds of horror stories relating to SCT tools on GM vehicles, trust me, you are in good hands with us.

Mike is referring to DCX applications, where we are THE only game in town for custom tuning of any sort.

Then my final reply to Mike

Mikel if i am in good hands where the HELL IS MY BETA TCM I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE December, January, February, March,April and now its MAY. COME ON DUDE SHOW ME THE MONEY/TCM TUNING ALREADY. WANTING TO TEST IT ON MY 2012 45TH ANNIVERSARY CAMARO!!!!!!!!!!!

As a Beta tester i am really disappointed that DS has not followed through with the TCM. They kind of put the PERENNIAL CHICKEN BEFORE THE EGG. I do not like to bitch but really enough is enough. IF YOU CAN NOT DELIVER THE GOODS ADMIT IT AND GIVE SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION TO THE PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AND MOVE ON.

I hear you Quimbo and was disappointed to read you post in that thread, I was really hoping that you had the beta version and we where just waiting on y'all to finalize it and send it out.

Dodgehemi, we probably would be loving our Trinity's now as well if we would have know that it would have taken this long to not even have a definitive time for the release of TCM.

BlackZ71, I think if you keep your questions in here and not in other people's/vehicle makes threads you might have not gotten warned. I am not defending Mikel, but I am sure he wants to keep this topic in this thread that was started on "When will TCM be released and what is the progress of it?!". I ask about every 3 or 4 days and do not get an answer or threat of being banned.

Also, I am kind of disappointed that I spent the money on this unit and still haven't gotten a promissed functionality in the unit. Luckily I will park my truck and leave for a while so it wont be as big of a deal and HOPEFULLY, I will plug my inTune in and it will update with TCM Support... One can always dream.

By the way, Mikel, any update on the status of TCM support for GM trucks? Current stage that it is in would be nice, I know giving a proposed release date is out of the questions....

I have finished the testing of the older GM and Ford applications that will be added in the next release. We obviously have a few inTune issues that need to be worked out, as they fix those, I will be starting testing of the 09+f150 and 11+ Mustangs and GM TCM support next week. As soon as we are hapy with the tcm support working as it should, I'll gladly share the test update with you guys.

Thanks

This other thread is another GM/Silverado guy having issues with an inTune.

Actually don't spend much time here, just check for TCM updates and see what other GM people are having problems with from this tuner.......Checking for this TCM support feels like Iam out looking fo a unicorn!

So It sounds like were looking at the TCM support for gm trucks sometime next week guys?...if it's finished on time. That would be awesome to see the TCM support out, finally no hard shifts, chirping during a shift at 45mph. Thanks for the hard work Mikel. Whatever it takes bust it out! Thanks

Hard shifts are from tranny changes. If you are having hard shifts from engine tuning then something is wrong with the engine tune. That could be fixed now by somebody that knows how. Like me if you had HP Tuner!

The 87 tune decreases torque managment and I have read that Mikel will take care of that for you or you can have Lew do a custom tune and he can tune it any way you want it and he can clean the tune up for your own truck. I have mine turned back up from the 87 tune, I will get a small chirp into second at WOT.

BlackZ71, I thought that was a Ram guy's thread. Like I said, I am not picking anyones side, just stating how it looked from my perspective.

Taylor, Mike's last post indicated that they had to finish up the 99-06 GM trucks and then where going to be working on some Fords all the while the TCM support is being worked out and we have to wait for all the parts to be complete prior to one large update.

Thank You Sir......and that's what I thought also, but that's not allowed I guess.

If everyone wants this TCM support as much as they say, you need to keep fighting for it. Remember, it was promise long, long ago. Now all of a sudden there is a new testing time frame AND we are now behind the Ford vehicles.....Don't get your hopes up because you will be disappointed when it's not correct. This is not the first announcement about testing.

Sorry I am not one to sit around and allow people to run me in circles about things....Had to point it out and that's when this (being banned, thread lock threats) all started. Sorry guys but enough is enough.
