when is update going to be available?

ok i have had this tuner for almost 3 weeks now and it is still useless to me.
trying to tune my charger 5.7 R/T but keeps giving me error. i keep hearing about this update but it never comes day after day. it is frustrating that i heard alot of good things about the intune and would like to at least have it work.
do you know about when to expect the update. even a ball park guess would be better than just telling me soon

were you ever able to tune it at all?

I'm looking for a few people with specific issues to send it to right now.

no i tried about 100 times. it fails to backup stock tune.

Are you getting the Exit Called error? That's what mine started doing...worked 10 hours before I put a tune on the Intune - then tried to use it in my car and nothing. I need an update

followed the steps and it worked. wow. thanks so much and now i am enjoying the tuner. no i wasnt getting that error i was getting the failed to read stock tune error

i have been thru 3 hours of updating my brand new intune for my 2004 ram 5.7. my truck is currently sitting on the dyno rackin up dyno time while ive been trying to update this thing. at first we plugged it in and it said no veichle reconnized and it took 4 trys to update it to get to the see the car but now after it finnally sees the car it says PCM not supported please check for update!>? its 10 pm and ive tried everything i can do what is wrong here? is this a problem with all dodge trucks? im out of a veichle i need help asap

great news, thanks for the feedback.

We'll be sending this out to more of you on Monday. Its a slightly complicated update so we didn't want to drop it on everyone on a Friday afternoon.
