ya i had the same problem to with my intune for my 2010 camaro it said VIN error, but then i went back and plugged it back in to my pc and it loaded new tunes again then i went to plug it back in to my car it was gone, but it wont let me install my new custom tune i got cause its saying reading original back up which was my last custom tune and its telling me a diablosport product is already insatll on my ecm..and i noticed the new update erased all my old stuff i had like the factory tune thats gone to i cant install it either..so it seems what im saying is this new update today erased everything in the intune that was saved prior..now im trying to get it fixed and nothing yet...so i cant insatll my orignal back up my car first had..or laod my new tune crazy.....

known issue with the new intune updates... you needed to restore original backup to vehicle first before updating apparently...

the Tool will read the tune out from the vehicle as a backup. Send that file and your old/original backup files to [email protected] explaining the issue and we'll send them a file to get back to stock

the vin database issue is when all the DB files were not downloaded. Please reconnect to your computer and let the auto updater run again. and or you have not chosen Get CD rom on the intune directory.
