2010 Ram Hemi-Exit Called!!!!

I have a 2010 Dodge Ram Hemi 1500. I have had the INTUNE tuner for three weeks now. My truck has been programmed twice on the first day of purchasing the programmer. When I plugged the tuner in a third time to program my truck, an error comes up stating (Exit Called!!!) I then proceeded to call Diablo's help-line. I waited over an hour to hear these words on the phone. "We know about the problem, and it should be fixed in two days, after this weekend" It has now been two weeks. This is now becoming very frustrating. My truck is not able to return to the stock settings. I had an appointment to take the truck to the local dealership for some work, now I had to cancel my appointment to try to get this problem addressed before they can perform the work that I need done. Considering that I use my truck for work, this is quickly becoming a great nuisance.

The Tuner also has the most recent update on it.

Don't expect anyting quick. I have a the same truck and mine wont even begin to work. The issue has apparently been going on for months on "some Rams" and they have said "We're working it". Still waiting with esentually a brick since it doesn't work with my truck and is beyond the return time.
