Intune freezes when trying to get the vehicle data

Post by andykalz »

I was able to install the 91octane tune and adjust some parameters after the initial install. Now when I connect intune to my car again it freezes up when trying to obtian the vehicle data. I synched it up to get the latest patch which is installed but it still has the issue.

Firmware info: Application: 1r01h
Serial CIEK137-1

Just reconnected intune to my computer and it is installing the "1ro1i" udpate. I'll see if that fixes the issues

I hope you reverted back to your stock tune before doing the inTune update....many people have documented issues on the forum...

Thats a good point. Maybe one of the Tech's can answer. "Is is required to flash your car back to it's stock tune before installing an update on the intune?"

from what I've been reading, yes for an update of this magnitude you should flash back to stock before updating your inTune...this warning was not given before the update was pushed out, only after a number of people lost their stock tunes...
