cant change the tune

Went in to change the tune from 91 oct. to Diablo tune and was going to put the backup in and it is saying that the file is corupt and if I try to put in the Diablo tune it gives me a code 4 how do I change this tune or get my stock tune back if I ever need it. Thanks

Any word on this? Mine is doing the same, I called and was on hold for 45 minutes and gave up.

mine says it's working, as in installing the tune but there"s a problem (ITS NOT). Took it to a dealer had tunes made, There's no difference in TCM regardless from one extreme to the next @ 800.00 so far. Still checking the PCM. Working with Diablo as we speak however for 600.00 you should get a system that is functional a system that you don't have to help them build the software for. I haven't the time to be messing around.

James @ Henson performance set every thing As in up dating as needed. And built some tunes for me as well as installed them with difficulty. So I'd say yes I'm up to date.
