Not able to use my adjustable parameters, shaded in grey..

I did an update the other day and everything went ok. When I tried to make adjustments by clicking the adjustable parameters is was shaded in grey and clicking on it did nothing. Help!!!

This if for the intune.

does it allow you to use the tool, can you verify databases are present. Please go to settings/tool info/ firmware and report.

Yes, I'm able to get into the tool and even to qwick adjustments but not anything in the parameters...

I can type out what is says in firmware if that is what you need.

if you need to get to the params, choose the option to modify the tune after you select it....

That is the problem.... I go into the tune and that is where I should be able to do any mods, but the adjustable parameters can not be clicked on. It is shaded in grey and when you click on it nothing happens....

let me try again

tune vehicle/write vehicle/select tune/click the green check to select the tune, click the next green check when it asks if you want to modify the tune, then make any changes you need

Soooooooo when I wehn in to try what you said to do I get as far as chick the green check to select tune. After you check that it go right into reading and trying to save old tune, the next green check does not come up and asks to modify the tune. Once is trys to save the old tune a window pops up saying this car has a PCM Diablo tune in it and unplug the tool.

Now we have two problem, first why is the icon that say Adjustable Parameters not working and shaded grey and now why can I not go in the way you said to make mods to my tune.... ggrrrrrrr.....

then it should ask you to do a cal update, after that, you can modify anything you want.

Nope, I don't think it did ask that... Is that an update that needs to be done online? If so I have plugged in and done an online update just yesterday. Im stummped....

when it tries to read the backup, and says it cant, is it followed by a message asking you to connect the tool to a PC??

It says that this vehicle already has a Diablo tune in it and that I can disconnect the tool.

OK, so I click write tune, while trying to SAVE original tune (reading) it comes up PCM has been tuned before by a DiabloSport product. NEXT is does say Please unplug this intune and then connect it to a PC with internet access (you can unplug this intuneand connect it elsewhere)

I will hook it up to the PC again and let it do its updates? Is there anything special I should be doing? I have updated it a few times already.

OK, I have done a few updats already in the past... It has asked me to register the tool a few times and I cant! I get a window that pops up saying "SMTP error. Function connect failed (104). Come on this seems to be getting worse... Im sorry but I am getting frustrated with this product now.... Why cant I change my setting, why cant I do updates, why wont it let me register the product??
