2008 gmc Sierra Denali- trinity back up corrupted

When I try to set my truck in a tune it says back up was corrupted (4)
I have tried calling but by the time I'm finished work your close. I have owned it for about a week and right now it's just an expensive dash ornament
If someone could please just tell me what I have to do It would be much appreciated because I can't return it where I bought it.

you will have to find time to call them during their normal business hours man.. perhaps during your lunch break??

they can be reached from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time... the earlier you can call, the better...
