A stupid question???

Here goes....I was thinking of a sitituation where after installing a tune on my car , my intune gets stolen or lost or broken,... whatever. Is there a way to put the stock tune back on the car if you no longer have the unit? In other words if I were to buy a new unit would I be able to use the new unit to install the stock tune back on a car that has already been tuned by another unit? If not, what would I have to do in that case.
I'm asking because I'm thinking I would like to leave the unit in my car and I'm concerned that if I did, and it was stolen, I would have a problem.

Its doable. Either the dealer could flash it or Tech support can talk you through it.

like Mike said. because you apear to have a mopar we can use a new tool to get you back to stock so you dont have to involve any dodge dealer. Remember the calibration update process it would be the same deal.
