Escalade 2010 no TCM tune

New Trinity, Escalade Platinum 2010, European model. Trinity normally determines the vehicle. But it only offers tuning for PCM, three calibration. Do not offer anything for TCM, only the original settings.
In Trinini before tuning was recorded trinity_gm_can_gas-1r08l_update.crom
Here is another Trinity, on the other Escalade Platinum, but 2011 year, with the same crom file offers two calibration. Which were called Firmshift and Hard tune.
What is the problem with tuning TCM?

let the tool save a copy of the tcm backup and send it to us so we can add support for it.

This Trinity, what did not do that TCM is one of those two, who recently bought from you.
After installing Corsa catback and CAI i will ask you to do custom tune for this Escalade 2010....probably not earlier than one month.
