Trinity touch screen just stopped working. Now what?

Hello everyone. So out of no where my touchscreen capability is gone. I have tried unplugging and then plugging it back in but that does not solve anything. The buttons still function as well as everything else. Just wondering if there is something I can do in order to get it fixed or would I have to send it back to Diablo. try loosening the 4 screws behind the screen by 1/4 turn.

Okay I will try that thanks. I also noticed 2 bubble spots on the bottom left and right side of the screen. Why would this occur?

Hello again. Ok so I tried the loosening of the screws but that did not solve the problem. Also noticed that the bubbles I mentioned seem to be getting bigger. What can I try next in order to solve this problem.
