Dodge Magnum - Fan on High almost all the time?

I am running the stock thermostat and it appears that the fans on the 93 tune are running almost all the time. Since it is cold in Michigan right now, I really would prefer if the fans only went on when necessary. I know they are adjustable, can you give me some direction on whicih fan adjustments I should make and to what degree to get the fans a bit closer to stock?

When I was running the stock thermostat I set my fans to 209 LS 219 MS and 219 HS. I do not believe that there is a medium speed fan on our cars. There is two location and 9 setting for our fans.

I run the lows at 203 and the medium and highs at 226.
