Is there any sign of you all making a program for this thruck with this cal id that will work? Been waiting on a program since April of this year which is more than enough time. All custom tunes and the rev17 and rev19 for the truck have had a real bad surge and no power. Almost Nine months and no programmer, If you all can not produce a tune for this truck it would be nice to know. Up untill this program you all have always had a quick fix, but what happen this time? I have had and used your programmer since 2003 when I first got the truck new using the old 7160. Do I need to jump ship and go to another brand? I bought the 7165 in January of this year and it has been no programmer pretty much since then. All I hear is two more weeks or, the MAN that does this tune is at a trade show, Come on man hire some people or give that one man a big riase to stay at the shop and work. What happen to the only tool you will ever need, never buy another programmer again started I off with the 7160 bought and paid for and had to buy another one 7165 which that is what your call line says while you are on hold? $800.00 hand tool that just sits in my glove box, does not make any since.

don't hold your breath dude........we are considered old pains in the asses.....not much money in us guys........we already bought tools.......they focus on all the new stuff going to market.........someone want to prove me wrong?

dieseldoug...we have released countless revisions for this tool in 2007, how can you make a statement like that?
Whether you see it or not, all feedback from this forum is compiled and used to help with creating new updates.

Development of new products will always be happening, but we still support all of our tools in the field.

So Is there an answer to my problem? I asked about is there a tune coming out to fix my truck. I know that you all did updates on the 7165 but I need one that will work for me.

We are working on new 6.0 tunes now.
We should have an update in the next 2-3 weeks.
