what if intune is installed before update..looses ori?

hey guys , what if intune was installed before update was done...like customer installed the tune didnt plug it in the computer first...well tuned the vehicle and now after update.....intune lost tune and now says no stock ori back up stored .

what do i do? cant restore a ori. back up it wont let me will post screen shots soon

let it read the current tune as a backup, and send us that file.

what do you mean? re_tune it ? if i go into tune vehicle the only options i have is 2 shift style tunes and modify factory tune

choose mod stock tune, and let it save the backup, get me that file.

ok so mike, lol sorry im a pain. kinda working on a couple of things here. once i imput the tune or as johan called it a " a update" do i just try and re_tune the car with whatever tune file is needed by the customer?

load the update to the intune drive, then go to the car and click tune vehicle/write vehicle, and it will load the cal update, which will set the car back to stock.
Then you may retune.
