ok I should be ordering the Trinity tomarrow so are you going to need the information on the truck so u can make the custom tune?

I won't need it yet.. cuz I can't do anything until after you've gotten the trinity first anyway... cuz you'll need to install one of the preset canned diablo tunes so that the trinity saves the original backup and last tune written files to itself, then you have to export them to your pc, and then email them to me... and when you email them to me, then give me all your truck info at that point...

but first things first... you need to actually get the Trinity first before we can do anything else...

One more thing...Is there a longer OBD cable? I can't find any in the online store.

I need the last tune written tune file...

also, did you do all the updates to the trinity first before you connected to your truck and installed a tune??

and if you installed the 87 octane tune to the truck, then yes, the custom tune will be made for 87/89 octane as well...

Ok this is kind of bugging me...If you shut off your vehicle and leave the Trinity plugged in it will keep the tune installed right? But if you unplug the Trinity the original stock tune installs automatically right?

But...On a good note, my truck hit speeds today that it has never seen before

Hit 110 and was still going but I chickened out and slowed down because a car was coming.

no haha...

after you install a tune to the vehicle, you can unplug the trinty... it does not have to stay plugged in man...

no, don't need to do that man... once you install a tune, that's it, it's in there... the tune can't change unless/until you install another one....
