What is the difference between the "hard shift" and "firm shift" TCM tunes? So far I have been running the hard shift tune adjusted to -4 on all gears and -2 on WOT. Like it a lot, was just wondering if there is really a noticable difference without having to switch tunes in my truck.

There is a difference I went with the firm tune at -4 across. The hard tune
Shifts too hard on my truck when I pull my trailer
But if I didn't have to pull it so much I'd run the hard tune all the time

I haven't hooked up to a trailer since the TCM tune. After reading what you said, I am going to hook up tomorrow and see what happens. May need to switch to the frim tune if there are any issues. Still haven't played around with thr shift rpms at all, might get to that tomorrow also.

The TCM update worked great, been using the past 2 weeks with no issues at all. Thank's Mike
