Can u use the u7146 to check your airfuel ratio?

No, at least not as it comes. I don't think you can upgrade it to read from a wb or not. But I would say just get yourself a wb kit.

yellowstang, blueta is correct you would need to get a wideband kit to read your a/f ratio.

Am I correct in thinking that once the Trinity comes out you will be able to connect a wideband sensor to it and read / log the A/F ratio?

LTMglobal, The trinity will allow you to connect a a/f reading device to it.
