Won't restore backup tune - Help

Okay i have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6.0L Gas, i bought the truck and it came with the predator tuner, i was switching tunes to test some out but it failed to install and now when i plug it in it says "tune did not install" then asks to restore original tune, i press yes but it doesn't work and says Reason unknown, error (). I can't use the force option as i don't know the password. Truck still starts and runs though. Any help would be appreciated. The product key is: 770C A0A9 AB09 AD46 0D2B and i need the password to use the force option i would assume..
