won't rewrite my program

I have a 2001 7.3 that I have previously tuned with this predator a few times.Well I went to put another tune in the truck and the programmer is saying there is a existing performance tune and it cant overwrite it.I have tried forcing the origonal backup and everything else I can think of like disconnecting the batteries for awhile but nothing.Any ideas would be great

how did you force the original back up with out a code?

i just tried that option on the programmer but like i said it wouldnt.I dont understand where the factorytune backup went.I should be running the 85 horse in it right now but it says its another performance tune
