U7137 Throttle Boost to Negative Number?

What percentage throttle boost do you add to the 87 and 91 performance tunes in the U7137? I get some jerky shifting in slow traffic at low APP and a hard down shift to 2nd and 1st. Im wondering if adjusting the throttle sensitivity it to a negative number will help get it back to stock so I can evaluate whats causing the problem. Tranny only has 20K on it. Vehicle is a 2010 Wrangler (auto).
